Returns/Refund Policy
If you have bought an item from our website and decide that you no longer want it;
The unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in their original, unopened packaging and in the condition the item was received, within 14 days of receipt (Consumer Contract Regulations 2014).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ( our P&P charges will not be refunded from original order)
To start a return, you can contact us at pokemini1@yahoo.co.uk. If your return is accepted, We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and If items arrive damaged or faulty or the wrong item please photograph them and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Postage cost of any returned items will be covered by us at the same amount as the original postage value.
Sealed Products,
We cannot guarantee that they are all in undamaged Condition, with no minor tears/bears & and or dents in any of the items, We do our best to make sure that all products (sealed or opened cards) arrive safely and pack them as best as we can to protect the item.
Please inspect your item for damage before opening, As we can not accept returns for opened products as per our terms & conditions.
After making a purchase & receiving your item in the condition described, we cannot proceed for refunding or returns. If your product has arrived but is damaged by courier delivery, we can process an exchange dependent on stock availability, for the same item in original condition. In the event that there is no available stock to process a replacement, we will initiate our refund process, providing the product is returned to us in the condition as described (unopened).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Pokemon Tcgo Code Cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
